In preparation for the development of a prototype website design, the City of Orlando is conducting a broad community survey of those who use our website at home, at work, through community centers or on their phone.

The survey is brief – responses should take less than 10 minutes – and may be completed anonymously. Participants will be asked to identify their neighborhood, age and internet use, current satisfaction with City services and then about their needs and experiences with the City’s website.

This project will help us to recognize and respond to how citizens want City services delivered through our website, puts the user at the center of service delivery and designs around them. This project will also bridge the digital divide to reach deeper and wider into the areas of the community that can be better served.

Through this survey and other outreach efforts, the City of Orlando will be able to develop a roadmap to improve online government services to meet the needs of all residents who choose to call Orlando home.
