Special Discount on Six Lots Represents Nearly a $15,000 Savings Per Lot

CLERMONT, Fla., Dec. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Elite Resorts, which manages premier RV resorts in Florida and Connecticut, has introduced a real “Welcome to Florida” package for the RV snowbirds heading south for warmer weather this season—a first-come, first-serve savings on lots at the company’s popular Disney area Citrus Valley community.

According to the Recreational Vehicle Industry of America, the average RV owner is late-middle-aged, but still younger than baby boomers, at around 48-years-old. Older buyers, however, are often big spenders, willing to spend on nicer RVs and large fifth-wheel trailers and are looking for upgraded parks such as Citrus Valley for lots to own and then rent when not using.

Located just eight miles from the Disney World entertainment properties, the upscale Citrus Valley is no conventional campground facility, according to Pask.
