From local farms to local forks, Central Florida’s freshest new restaurant “Cork & Fork” American Grill announces its official grand opening on Friday, September 18 in the Belle Isle community of southeastern Orange County. Open for lunch, dinner and nightly happy hour, Cork & Fork “Freshtaurant” will feature delicious American fare made with farm-fresh ingredients, craft beers, local wines and seasonal dishes in a one-of-a-kind casual, homey and relaxed atmosphere sure to delight Central Florida diners.

Whether guests are interested in the cork or the fork, patrons of the restaurant will settle in to one of Cork & Fork’s two dining rooms and two bar areas, which can also accommodate corporate and private functions. For the welcomed regulars, Cork & Fork’s tasty menu crafted by Chef Simon Bond comes complete with varied options from garden-fresh salads, soups and appetizing entrees including Drunken Scallops, Pork Tenderloin and Chicken Parmesan to delectable desserts like the Brownie Meltdown, Vanilla Bread Pudding and classic Florida favorite Key Lime Pie With A Cookie Crust.

Putting aside the fork, the menu also features a plethora of “Hand Holdables” savory sandwiches, burgers and wraps made with local ingredients and smaller “Bites” that include house-made Ale Battered Onion Rings, Spinach and Artichoke Dip and more. By staying true to farm-fresh, Cork & Fork allows diners to enjoy a different taste, healthier options and varying daily specials all at family-friendly pricing. Visitors will even find that the ketchup is made in-house fresh.

Bringing over 30 years of hospitality experience, Cork & Fork Owners Orhan and Sheila Soysal are overjoyed to bring their “Freshtaurant” to the Central Florida community. “We have always loved the idea of the farm-fresh experience, and Cork & Fork allows us to do just that,” says the Soysals. “We are excited to share our passion with Central Florida, and we hope to foster community growth, help improve the local economy and give our guests a truly comfortable and memorable dining experience they return to time and time again.”
