As part of Fire Prevention Week, the Orlando Fire Department is providing free smoke alarms and installation to City homeowners.
Smoke alarms save lives. The risk of dying in a home fire is cut in half in homes with working smoke alarms. That is the theme of Fire Prevention Week, which is October 4-10.
