Romacorp, Inc. announced its newest restaurant, TR Fire Grill, opens today in Winter Park at the intersection of US 17-92 and Lee Road. The 5,600 square foot restaurant seats more than 200 people and includes a large outdoor patio. TR Fire Grill is a chef-inspired American bistro with a simple passion for crafting fresh, artisanal dishes and culinary experiences that ignite your taste buds and surprise and delight your palate.
TR Fire Grill’s open kitchen offers guests an intimate glimpse at the fresh, craft preparation each dish receives from the culinary team. The menu is locally sourced and inspired by the seasons, with fresh produce from Florida farms used to ensure the freshest flavor. Meats and vegetables are smoked in-house daily using real hickory wood. Steaks are 100% all-natural grass fed beef, with no antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs. Sauces and specialty condiments are made in-house, ensuring robust, authentic flavor.
TR Fire Grill offers the very best in craft food, wine, beer, bourbon, and cocktails. The wine collection showcases the diversity and artistry of craft winemakers, hand-selected to amplify the flavors of the fresh, artisanal dishes and enrich the guest’s dining experience. Craft cocktails are made with liquors aged in small oak barrels or infused with the flavors of fresh fruit and spices. TR Fire Grill handcrafts their mixes and syrups in-house to create the perfect artisanal cocktail.
