Orlando Sentinel honors TR Fire Grill with 2016 Best Bets Award

ORLANDO, Fla. – September 19, 2016 – Romacorp, Inc., parent company of TR Fire Grill, announces that the Orlando Sentinel has named TR Fire Grill as the 2016 Best Bets winner for “Best Craft Cocktail Bar”. The Best Bets of Orlando winners are determined based on votes from members of the community who decide the best in food, bars & restaurants, shopping, home services, beauty & wellness and entertainment & recreation. The Orlando Sentinel Best Bets Award comes within months of TR Fire Grill receiving the Ovations Award for “Best New Restaurant” in Winter Park and being recognized by OpenTable for “Best Overall Cuisine” in Orlando.

The restaurant recently announced the hiring of Christy Steinmeier as its new Executive Chef, an addition to TR Fire Grill’s already outstanding culinary team that includes critically acclaimed Chef Bob Gallagher, Senior Vice President of Culinary. Located at the intersection of 17-92 and Lee Road, TR Fire Grill is a chef-inspired American bistro that opened in November 2015 and has quickly become an integral part of the Winter Park fabric. Its menu is inspired by the seasons, using fresh ingredients to ensure the most robust possible flavor.
The restaurant hosts a number of exhilarating events such as ‘Yappy Hour’, where guests can dine with “man’s best friend” on the patio, and ‘Wine about Wednesdays’, with different wine specials to help get guests through the week with flying colors.
